Our Programs
At the moment, we have three programs: Residential Services, Day Habilitation Services, and Behavioral Services.
residential services
We strive to develop homes where people can be themselves, where they feel loved and care for as a valued member of a family and community, and where they are accepted and respected for who they are.
day habilitation services
Our Supported Community Connections provide training, support and / or supervision to maximize the abilities and skills that will lead to greater independence and interdependence in the community at large.
Behavioral services
We provide consultation, assessment, and counseling. We value interventions that leverage a persons strengths and interests and input from the person and their team is critical.
